1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Eagle Home Appraisal website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Eagle Home Appraisal provides professional real estate appraisal services for non-lending purposes including estate planning, probate, divorce, property tax appeals, and other valuation needs. All appraisals are performed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

3. Appraisal Reports

Appraisal reports are prepared for the specific purpose stated in the assignment. The intended use and intended users are identified in each report. Use of an appraisal report by unintended users or for unintended purposes may not be appropriate and is not authorized.

4. Payment Terms

Appraisal fees are quoted in advance and are due upon completion of the assignment. We accept payment by credit card, check, or electronic transfer. Rush services may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and property data. Appraisal reports and supporting materials are only shared with authorized parties as directed by the client or required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eagle Home Appraisal's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the appraisal in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with Nevada law.
